Todd Rohne, CPA, is Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for all aspects of regulatory compliance at Lakeshore, including financial compliance, business conduct and trading conduct compliance. As a senior Officer, he also provides managerial oversight on the firm’s day-to-day operating activities. He joined Lakeshore in 2006 and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with expertise in finance, compliance and operations.
